I guess it doesn't exist any more. Some googling turned up www.sharedplan.com, it looks pretty nice: <a href="http://www.sharedplan.com/screenshots/MacScreenshot.jpg." rel="nofollow">http://www.sharedplan.com/screenshots/MacScreenshot.jpg.</a> Has a free download and runs on mac/linux/windows.
