As the programme was nationally mandated, and completed by all banks more or less simultaneously, this would indicate there is some non-trivial customer fear of online banking.

Looks like about 2% to me. :^)
Of course, we have no idea about non-response bias.  With a 17% response rate, I&#039;d be concerned about that.
