Metal plates send messages to airport x-ray screeners.
I want one with the 4th amendment on it.

“I want one with the 4th amendment on it.”
While I get the joke – there is no “right” to travel by airplane anywhere….
Tim,
Sorry to say “I told you so,” but I told you that the Bill of Rights was a bad idea.
Alex
Point taken, Tim, but I don’t like where that leads. Technically you don’t have a right to walk down the street without being searched, either, but our rights don’t mean much if they only apply if we never leave home.
Are metal plates necessary? I would think metal foil would block x-rays well enough for the message to be seen.
