		<description>The busses where I live have telescreens that, when reminding me to remain vigilant, also inform me that I should report any anomalous photography.  I have since deduced that tourists might be a threat.  Pavlovian conditioning for anybody seen flipping through a callphone address book, who might also be taking a photograph on the bus.
