I read the article, which made repeated references to people who were almost certainly under the influence and in public.
That made me wonder if it is illegal in Seattle, since from the other aspects it seems like the police &quot;wanted to arrest somebody&quot;.  I agree that it is irrelevant to Eric&#039;s case.  I was just curious about the law.
